Once upon a time, in an ancient and forgotten kingdom where the forests were dark and mysterious, lived a Deva of the Emeralds. She was a beautiful and powerful creature, with eyes as green as the emeralds themselves and hair as long as wild ivy. Her presence was feared by all who lived nearby, but also admired for her incomparable beauty. Deva Aldara Smaragd was a guardian of the forests and the precious gems hidden within them. She diligently protected her territory, keeping it safe from any invaders. Her magic was so powerful that all who dared to defy her authority were quickly defeated and returned to the land they sought to conquer. However, Deva Aldara Smaragd was also known for her generosity. She allowed deserving travelers to pass through her lands, as long as they respected nature and did not provoke her anger.

One day, a young knight dared to enter the lands of Deva Aldara Smaragd in search of a magical emerald that, according to legends, could bring prosperity and fortune to his kingdom. He did not fear the Deva, as he believed that his desire justified his intrusion. Deva Aldara Smaragd noticed the presence of the intruder and decided to test his intentions. For days, she observed him, invisible to the knight's eyes. Upon realizing that his intentions were dark, she decided to intervene. On a full moon night, Deva Aldara Smaragd appeared before the knight, her green eyes shining intensely. She challenged him to a competition of strength and skill, promising the magical emerald as a prize for the victor. The knight accepted the challenge, believing in his own abilities. However, Deva Aldara Smaragd was much more powerful than he could have imagined. With her spells and charms, she quickly overcame the knight, proving that nature always prevails over the unchecked ambition of men.

Desolate and ashamed, the knight begged the forgiveness of the Deva and promised never to disrespect the lands she protected again. Finally satisfied with the lesson given to the intruder, Deva granted him a small, non-magical emerald that symbolized the wisdom and humility he should seek. And so, Deva Aldara Smaragd continued to watch over her lands, maintaining peace and harmony in that forgotten kingdom. Her somber yet just presence reminded everyone that nature could never be subjugated, only respected. And thus, she became a legend, feared and admired by those who heard her tales filled with mysteries and teachings.
